8:30am-3:30pm – early drop off available
GENERAL INFO – Camp will be run in cohorts, and the cohorts will stay separated from other cohorts throughout the duration of camp. You will receive your camper’s cohort letter prior to the start of camp.
MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING – As a reminder, Girl Scouts wear face coverings (masks) not only to protect themselves, but to protect others – they are a civic responsibility and a sign of caring for the girls. It is mandatory that all participants bring a mask to camp. HOWEVER – masks are no longer required while outdoors. Masks are required when going into any buildings, including the restroom. Social distancing of 6 feet must still be maintained during all activities at camp, including while in the units.
LUNCHES/SNACKS – Lunches will be provided by the Central Point School District to all campers (sorry volunteers). Campers will be able to select either a hot or cold lunch the day before. Campers are welcome to opt out of these lunches and bring one from home. Campers should bring a snack daily. Absolutely no sharing of food.
SIT UPONS – The arena where we are holding camp is a dirt floor. We recommend bringing a beach towel or blanket for your camper to sit on. Please make sure that you are fine with it getting dirty.
MAIL – We will not be able to have mail this year.
CHECK IN – Enter through GATE 4 – to the North Gate Entrance. Campers must be health screened by camp staff BEFORE LEAVING THE VEHICLE
CHECK OUT – Enter through GATE 4 – to the North Gate Entrance. You will receive a pick up card in the mail. You will need to show this card (have it on your dashboard) and wait until your camper is brought to the vehicle.
